11 km circa di strada asfaltata, sterrato e sentieri immersi nel cuore del Parco Nazionale del Pollino.
Il percorso è segnalato e controllato dai giudici di gara della F.I.D.A.L.
Saranno presenti sul percorso un’ambulanza della Croce Rossa sez. di Chiaromonte, unita’ mobili di assistenza
con Quod/Moto e volontari a cavallo dell’ASD Giacche Verdi.
Si consiglia abbigliamento appropriato al tipo di gara TRAIL RUNNING (calze lunghe running e scarpe da trail
running, o quanto meno con battistrada nuovo).

Dal quarto arrivato/a in poi saranno premiati i primi tre atleti di tutte le categorie Fidal, con due classifiche separate una x i Lucani e l’altra x i fuori Regione.
Le prime tre societa’ lucane .

Assegnazione titolo individuale cat. senior/master m. e f. ” campione regionale corsa in montagna”
Il primo/a classificati riceveranno ( oltre ai premi da regolamento) un orologio GPS TIMEX e SOLEUS offerti dal negozio sportivo di Nova Siri MT ” Fast Running”.
Il secondo/a classificati riceveranno ( oltre al premio da regolamento) un orologio Casio Sport .

Sono predisposti lungo il percorso: ristori, assistenza sanitaria, assistenza di Polizia Municipale, di Protezione Civile e di altre Associazioni di Volontariato. All'arrivo è previsto un ristoro a base di frutta, mozzarelle, dolci, acqua/tè e gelati MOTTA (secondo disponibilità).
