About the event: Miles for Migraine will host its 13th annual 2-mile Walk (or Intentional Movement of your choice), 5K Run and Relax San Francisco Event at Golden Gate Park Bandshell on Saturday October 23rd. This fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research will take place as a live event following current COVID-19 protocols for safety. For those who are not comfortable with in-person events, we will also offer a virtual option. All funds raised will benefit the UCSF Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs. |

Initiatives for children and families: This is a family friendly event with a 2mile walk option as well as a 5k fun run. There is the additional option of an onsite relax event where participants can choose an intentional movement such as yoga, dance, cartwheels, etc and cheer on finishers during race time. |
