Il percorso - di Km 21.097 - è completamente pianeggiante, chiuso al traffico e interamente asfaltato o piastrellato (salvo un breve tratto di sterrato compatto al 3° Km dalla partenza). Si svolge sul lungomare di Arenzano-Cogoleto-Varazze, tra scogliere e vegetazione e macchia mediterranea. Il percorso è omologato dalla Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera (FIDAL).

Maggiorazione € 7,00 per atleti con “cartellino di gara giornaliero” comprensivo di assicurazione.
