5° Edizione Gara Podistica "Corri sul Nera"
ASD Del Nera presenta per il quinto anno consecutivo, la gara podistica competitiva e non, "Corri sul Nera", programmata a San Liberato di Narni (TR) domenica 3 Luglio 2016 alle ore 18.30, la quale farà da apripista alla nona edizione della "Sagra degli Gnocchi" che si svolgerà sempre San Liberato dal 8 al 17 Luglio.
La corsa, destinata sia a gruppi che a singoli, si estende lungo un percorso di 9 km su strada asfaltata e sterrata e fiancheggia, in buona parte, il letto del fiume Nera e il bacino artificiale da esso creato, dove si possono ammirare numerose specie di flora e fauna che vivono nell'oasi creata dallo sbarramento del fiume stesso.
Tutti i partecipanti disporranno di servizi igienici e spogliatoi (presso il campo sportivo dell’ASD Del Nera), servizio medico e ambulanza, inoltre, lungo il percorso, verranno allestiti dei punti di controllo e ristoro e, alla riconsegna del pettorale, verrà riconosciuto un pacco gara per i primi 120 iscritti. La quota di partecipazione è di €7,00 per persona.
