Il percorso è un anello di 50 km completamente asfaltato con partenza e arrivo a Santo Stefano di Sessanio (AQ). Attraversa i paesi di Calascio (AQ) e Castel del Monte (AQ). Il percorso è di montagna ed ha un dislivello D+ 900.
