Per l'edizione 2024 la Mezza delle Due Perle conferma il suo percorso originale, con il suggestivo passaggio in piazzetta a Portofino, partenza da Santa Margherita da Viale Andrea Doria direzione Portofino lungo la strada provinciale costiera, giro di boa a Portofino e ritorno a Santa Margherita, ritorno a Portofino per poi arrivare presso i giardini di Piazza Martiri della Libertà, a Santa Margherita zona di arrivo/ristoro/premiazioni.
Sono allestiti posti di ristoro lungo il percorso ed all'arrivo.
