Allo scopo di ridurre l’impatto sull’ambiente, ogni partecipante riceverà nel pacco gara solo una spugna che potrà utilizzare nei punti di spugnaggio; preghiamo inoltre i partecipanti di voler gettare i rifiuti subito dopo i ristori per facilitare l’operazione di pulizia delle strade. Sono previsti punti di ristoro, con indicazione del loro posizionamento (DX o SX), ai KM 5.5 (SX) - 10.0 (SX) - 15.0 (DX) - Arrivo. Nei ristori sul percorso sono previsti cibi solidi (frutta) e bevande (acqua non gasata/gasata, sali minerali ed in caso di temperature rigide the caldo). Sono altresì previsti punti di spugnaggio, con acqua corrente in bacinelle, ai KM 7.5 (DX) - 12.5 (DX) - 17.3 (SX). Queste distanze potranno subire delle variazioni dovute ad esigenze organizzative.
