Lo sport è sommamente importante per la salute e costituisce un ottimo contrappeso ai ritmi frenetici di oggi. Chi ama correre in genere è una persona equilibrata e soddisfatta di sé inoltre la corsa favorisce lo spirito di gruppo. E poi, correre respirando l'aria pura di montagna, al cospetto dell'incantevole paesaggio delle Dolomiti, patrimonio mondiale della natura UNESCO, è quanto di più appagante si possa immaginare. I gruppi del Sella, del Sassolungo, delle Odle, lo Sciliar e la Marmolada offrono un'incredibile varietà di scorci panoramici di rara bellezza, che rendono l'attività sportiva tra questi monti un vero piacere. Dopo 6 edizioni di successo per la Val Gardena Mountain Run, abbiamo il piacere di presentare una nuova gara: Saslong Half Marathon.
