Bonny Island Marathon is one of the fastest growing sports 21K events held in Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria. Every year since 2018, it has attracted over 9,000 participants running as professionals, amateur, and leisure runners across the male and female categories.
Typically, Bonny Island Marathon is held every first or second week in December, it features a race from the prestigious Finima Stadium to Bonny main town (vice versa), followed by an award presentation and culminating with a Fiesta.
