About the event:This friendly community event takes on two unique routes through the picturesque Essex Countryside. In our 7th year, we are becoming known for our friendly atmosphere and challenging courses, with something for everyone at any pace.
Other notes:Free Car Parking a short 10 minute walk from Race HQ. Disabled parking available at Race HQ, please contact us for details.
We encourage walkers to take part in the 5km event.

Early Bird Ticketing is open until 26th August, with prices as follows:
5K Child - Â£7.50
5K Adult - Â£13
10K Entry - Â£20
Standard Pricing comes in on the 27th August until the 14th September and for Entry on the day on the 15th
5K Child - Â£10
5K Adult - Â£15
10K Entry - Â£22
Awards:There are trophies for the top finishers, including free entry into next years event.
Dressing rooms:Race HQ has indoor toilets that can be used for changing, along with plenty of space to leave bags.
Aid stations:The 10K has a water stop at 6km.

At the finish there is water provided, and the Race HQ is serving tea, cakes and bacon rolls throughout.
