Una gara di sky running all'interno del territorio carsico e selvaggio del Supramonte, nel profondo interno dell'isola.
Il Supramonte è una catena montuosa situata nel centro-est della Sardegna, Italia.
Si trova a nord-est del massiccio del Gennargentu, un viaggio verso est fino a raggiungere il Mar Tirreno, il Golfo di Orosei. Ha una superficie di circa 35.000 ettari, che comprende la maggior parte dei territori dei Comuni di Baunei, Dorgali, Oliena, Orgosolo e Urzulei. Le aree popolate di questi comuni si trovano ai confini del Supramonte, che, per la maggior parte, è una zona in gran parte disabitata fatta di rocce calcaree taglienti e profondi canyon. La sua vetta più alta è il Monte Corrasi (1.463 m), e l'altitudine media della catena è di circa 900 m. Il Supramonte è caratterizzato da altopiani carsici in cui i fiumi hanno creato profonde gole e canyon. I fiumi scorrono per lo più in modo sotterraneo, con la creazione di numerose grotte, come le grotte di Sa Oche ( "La voce") e Su Bentu ("Il vento"), sorgenti come Su Cologone.
Il cosiddetto "Supramonte Marino" ( per distinguerlo da quello interno) si trova nei territori di Dorgali e Baunei, si affaccia sul Golfo di Orosei e comprende diverse spiagge rinomate ( Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzè) che sono spesso situate alla fine di valli profonde chiamate codulas.
